If you need an official invitation letter from the organising instance to obtain a visa, please mention so in the digital registration form.

Languages


English is the working language of the conference. There will be simultaneous translation into French at the plenary sessions.

Meals


Tea and coffee breaks will be provided during the seminar. Lunch will be organised during the seminar.

Privacy notice


Please be aware that during the Climate Days, which you intend to attend, untargeted (e.g., capturing the atmosphere) and targeted (e.g., showing one person or a small group of persons) photographs and videos will be taken by the organiser. Such photos and shots may be used to report about the event on the website of Enabel, on the website of Climate Days, on the Facebook page and Twitter-account of Enabel, and in brochures produced by Enabel.

The photographs and footage will never by transferred to third parties for commercial ends. If you do not want to be photographed or filmed in a targeted way and/or you do not want that these photos or films in which you are clearly recognisable are used by Enabel, please notify us before the beginning of the event at the following address: climatedays@enabel.be
